When Frost went on trial for her crimes in the past, it was revealed that the harassment was intended to force her to take Cisco's meta-drug. Caitlin, Allegra, and Cisco decide to break into the police station to destroy the stored supply of medicine. And they succeeded. Alas, Kramer's discovery that the department's surveillance cameras had been hacked and that the drug had been tampered with didn't help Frost's case — even after Caitlin admitted to the judge that she had orchestrated the scheme.
